Wireless Projectors Dominate Business
It seems these days just about everything is wireless, you have wireless telephones, wireless internet connections and of course you have wireless projectors. Wireless projectors are making a splash in a big way thanks to recent technological advances. In fact, wireless projector rental companies are popping up all over the place, that’s how popular these things are.The beauty and advantages of wireless projectors are many. Perhaps you are going to pitch a presentation in an office across the country and you have no idea what the setup is or even if there will be enough room for your projector and computer. Having a wireless projector in this scenario will allow you to set your computer up across the room without having to worry about the cords being long enough. A wireless setup will also allow you to walk around the room more freely, especially if your laptop is small enough to carry in your hand, say one of the small Sony Vaios.
Several projector brand name have released wireless projectors in the past couple years, let’s run down some of the more popular model names in the industry. (For the sake of not showing preference we will not comment on this list of wireless projectors from four of the top brand names in the industry).
NEC currently features the GT6000, the LT245 and LT265 as well as the MT1075.
Sony currently features the VPL-CX75 and the VPL-CX85
Epson currently features the EMP-745 and the EMP-765.
Toshiba currently features the TDP-SW20E, the TDP-TW300 and the TDP-TW90. For more information about any of these projectors, we recommend that you point your browser to Google.com and search for them by name.
It seems like wireless projectors are here to stay and as technology advances, small problems such as the current couple second delay found on most wireless projector feeds will die out. In fact, the upper echelon of wireless projectors advertise themselves as real time units. This simply means that do not have any delay when receiving a feed from a personal computer.
Wireless projectors are definitely here to stay, the question is how long will it be until units requiring wires are completely phased out?
